Pre-orders and orders

Buying system

This site offers the possibility of placing pre-registered orders or "pre-orders".

Following this pre-order, the Seller sends an automatic e-mail to validate the order and provide the link to access the site's payment form. This validation is carried out as quickly as possible, and within a maximum of 14 days after the pre-order has been registered.

Payment for purchases confirms the order and binds the Customer and the Seller.

Cancellation

The Seller has the right to decline a pre-order, for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of stock or supply problems, or in the event of difficulties concerning the order received.

Pre-orders will be automatically rejected if :

- the Seller does not validate the pre-order within 14 days of registering the pre-order

– lae Client’e ne procède pas au paiement de la commande dans les 14 jours suivant l’envoi du courriel de validation et du lien vers le formulaire de paiement.

- the Customer informs the seller that they wish to cancel its order.

Any order cancelled by the Customer after payment of the order will result in the payment of compensation to the seller corresponding to the amount of the delivery costs.

Prices and rates

The prices displayed on the Vendor's site are in Euros (€). They are not subject to VAT.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

In the event of a change in catalogue prices, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of pre-registration of orders.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices displayed. The amounts are displayed in the basket and the pre-order validation form, as well as in the various purchase summaries sent by email.

Shipping

General informartion

Products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was pre-ordered.

The Customer must provide a valid address - in the event that the address provided does not allow the order to be delivered correctly, resulting in the return of the order, the Customer will be responsible for the reshipment of the products (the cost of reprinting and shipping).

All shipments (France and International) are made by the carrier La Poste. A tracking number provided by La Poste is given when the order is dispatched, together with a photograph of the dispatch envelope. The Seller cannot be held responsible in the event of incorrect information, lack of updating or any other defect relating to this tracking number provided by La Poste.

Shipping costs depend on the number of items, weight and destination.

Delivery charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

In the event of a change in delivery charges, products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of pre-registration of orders.

Délais & commandes perdues

Products are dispatched within 4 days of order confirmation.

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to the customer to inform them of any consequences for the delivery time indicated.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to the carrier and no cancellation of an order can be authorised for this reason. No payment of compensation for delay or damages may be demanded in this case.

The carrier cannot be held responsible in the event of late delivery due exclusively to the Customer's unavailability after several delivery proposals.

In the event of the loss of the order due to a faulty address or an error by La Poste (or any foreign transport provider involved in international shipments), the Seller and the Customer will attempt to find an amicable solution. However, the Seller reserves the right not to issue a refund if the Customer has not made any request for information or any complaint within 20 days of the tracking information being sent (a reasonable period of time after which the Customer is deemed not to care about the order). The same applies if the Customer is aggressive and does not seek an amicable settlement.

Complaints and cancellations

In accordance with Article L 121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. In the event of exercising this right, the customer must return the purchase intact and in its original packaging within 14 days, at his or her own expense.
suivant la date de sa rétractation.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for damaged, opened, stained or spoiled items.
The return must be sent by tracked delivery.

Reimbursement will be made no later than 30 days following the date of withdrawal, by the same means of payment as that chosen at the time of the order (or any other method of reimbursement if this is specified in the return package).

In accordance with French legislation (article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code) the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for any supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Consequently, the customer may not exercise his/her right of withdrawal for any order of products made at his/her request.

Protection of personal data

The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information transmitted by the Customer in order to process the order.

Under no circumstances will this personal data be sold, rented or disclosed to third parties, except in accordance with the law. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.
